The Tomesode Wrap Skirt ($150-$200)

East meets West with the contemporary lines of this wrap skirt which nods respectfully to its origin of the tradtional tomesode kimono. High on style, comfort and fit, each is as unique as the kimono it came from. We will custom make yours to fit your measurements (from size 2 to 18) - a perfect option for a second marriage bride, mother, sister, or bridesmaids! The cropped silk jacket that remains after the skirt is made is available for an additional $75.



The Obi Sash ($50-$100)
A simple sash made from a vintage formal obi adds the dash of color and that dazzles. Each can be tied differently; each will have a slightly different patterning but together they create a gorgeous connection among your bridesmaids. Pair it with a vest or cummerbund for her escort. The sashes fit any size, and up to six sashes can be made from a single obi. We have hundreds of obi to choose from and we can help you find the perfect one to compliment your bridal kimono.


The Furisode Wrap Skirt($150-$250)
The Furisode Crop Jacket ($100-$250)

This youthful and lively wrap skirt and jacket are created from the traditional furisode (sort of the "ball gown" of Japan). The designs and colors tend towards the very feminine and festive, a clear match to the celebratory feeling of a western wedding. Choose the skirt alone, pair it with a camisole or the matching jacket, or mix and match them among your bridesmaids. Each one is as unique as your friends and made to suit their frame.


The Vintage Kimono Dresses ($150-$300)
"Furiso-dress" or "Tomeso-dress"

Tradition meets modern chic with our vintage kimono dresses. We use fabric from a single kimono and create a glamor girl dress (patterns can vary according to your taste) to create a uniquely tailored dress that recalls the traditional. Choose from the lively Furiso-dress made from the young girls' furisode kimono or the more reserved Tomeso-dress made from the traditional black tomesode worn at the most formal of occasions. Each dress is unique and made to suit any frame.
